STUDENT SUPPORT CENTER: COACH, TUTOR’S AND SECRETARY.
COACH. “Your Coach will guide and help you”.
The primary objective of the Coach is to ensure that a student finalizes his
studies successfully. Their functions are:
• To guide the student in how he must study.
• To stimulate the student so that he studies regularly.
• To motivate to the student for his active participation in forums and other
events of the e-Campus.
• To offer solutions on precise problems that affect the yield of the student.
• To take care of any suggestions or opinions of the student.
• The Coach is not for responding to academic questions (these are for the
tutors), nor to solve administrative subjects (this is for the academic
secretariat)
TUTORS
A team of tutors will respond to the student’s questions and evaluate the
exercises. The tutors are mainly for:
• Respond to student's questions.
• Evaluate exercises.
• Issue academic reports.
• The tutors are not for: administrative questions, installation troubles, ...
(This is the role of the Secretary). The Tutor is not your coach.
ACADEMIC SECRETARY
Functions:
- Administration: invoices, special documents or certificates, diplomas, ...
- Course Management: access to learning units, ...
- Technical Assistance: course installation, technical troubles, ...
辅导的事（辅导）。每个学生都有自己的辅导老师。任何一个问题学生都可以通过e-campus上的个人论坛问辅导老师。（通常辅导老师在24小时之内就会给予答复）
考试：为了获得学习证书，学生要完成一系列作业和考试。为了提高学生的学习效果，每个教学大纲都有一些考试：
- 每个教学单元结束以后，学生要在网上进行自我测验。考试结果会登记在学生的卡片上， 但是网上测验对最后的成绩影响不大。
- 学生也要完成每个教学单元的作业。
- 根据课程，学生必须通过期末考试。 硕士生必须另外写一篇论文。
- 期末的成绩会参考平时的学习成绩和辅导老师的报告（这个成绩主要看学生的参与程度）
如果学生通过考试就可以得到学习证书 （有可能注上 "Hague Stamp"）.
Participants who successfully complete these exercises will be awarded with the
credit and certificate by EENI.
学生的每一天。每个学生要根据自己的要求和时间安排，同时在辅导老师的帮助下来确定自己的学习进度。学生从第一单元开始学习，如果有疑问的话，就把问题寄给辅导老师。老师在二十四个小时之内就会给予答复。这个方面很重要，因为这样辅导老师就可以了解学生学习的进度。结束每个教学单元以后，学生要完成单元的作业。
根据课程，建议学生每周学习的时间为十个小时。一周四天，每天最多两个半小时；最好是在每天的同一时间.
根据自己的时间表确定具体的学习时间，尽量利用空闲时间学习。每次开始学习前，
建议先复习已经学过的内容，结束学习以后也应该将学过的内容在笔记上进行简短的归纳概括。没有完成这个过程之前请不要半途而废。务必根据自己的需要确定最适合自己的学习进度。
